Texas Senate Bill 6

It's a sad reflection on the current state of affairs in these United States that “progressives” seem to be bent only on progressing backwards to a state of pagan savagery and limitless debauchery, unchecked by any sense of morality or respect for the rule of law in either their hedonistic goals or their brutal, caveman methods of achieving those godless destinations. One of ends they're racing to achieve, by sheer willpower and an absolute refusal to compromise, is the complete and utter destruction of the nuclear family; father, mother, and children.

One step on that road is their latest insistence that men can be women, women can be men, gender is fluid, and anyone can be anything they want, even if its different from one day to the next. This insanity has now progressed to the point where biological men and boys are allowed, nay – encouraged, to use the same bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms as biological women and girls.

North Carolina recently passed House Bill 2, the so-called “bathroom bill” to prevent individual cities from mandating from “on high” what bathroom policies private businesses must put in place, or face penalties, fines, and loss of contracts with the city government. The hue and cry from the aggrieved political Left and their hyper-emotional, snowflake storm troopers was instantaneous and near deafening.

ProtectPrivacy-logoNow Texas is in the cross hairs of these modern totalitarians.

Texas Senate Bill 6 (SB 6) would prevent anyone from using any bathroom, shower, or locker room (changing room) except the one matching the sex listed on their birth certificate. It would also prevent individual cities, counties and school districts from striking out with their own individual laws and/or mandates to create a crazy quilt patchwork of laws and counter-laws all across Texas.

Fort Worth ISD (Independent School District) has already tried to impose their own “gender friendly” mandate, but thanks to the hard work of concerned parents, community members, and taxpayers the school board rescinded that dangerous measure. Nonetheless, it shows the degree of danger we face unless we're protected by uniform laws state wide, and finally, parents in many cities don't have the financial wherewithal, time, and energy to fight back the way parents did in Fort Worth. We need help.

SB 6 is that help. We need to get it passed, and we need it now. Texas Values has released a video advertisement about SB 6, embedded below.

SB 6 passed the Senate, but Texas Speaker of the House Joe Straus (R) has indicated that the bill isn't a priority for him; in fact, he's buried it. House State Affairs Chairman Bryon Cook (R) has also signaled he believes it's not important to protect the privacy and safety of women and children in Texas. These two RINO's are betraying the people who elected them in favor of those who would tear their throat out if given the chance.

We have to get their attention.

Call and email Speaker Joe Straus' office and ask him to support the Texas Privacy Act: 512-463-1000,

Call and email State Representative Bryon Cook's office and ask him to support the Texas Privacy Act: 512-463-0730,

Then call and email your State Representative. Make sure they hear your voice and know where you stand, otherwise you may find someone standing in the bathroom next to you, your spouse, or your children, who doesn't belong there and is a danger to everyone.
